Who we are
[PENDENTE], an individual based in Brazil ("CIDA"), provides an app that helps you organize your own health documents. Contact: suporte.oficialmcm@gmail.com.
Consumer health data we collect
Images of medical documents you choose to upload, such as prescriptions, exam orders, exam results, referrals and medical certificates; information extracted from them, including exam names, medication names, dosages, dates, providers and locations; medication schedules and reminders you create; and health-related notes you add.

Directly from you, when you upload documents or enter information.
Why we collect it
Only to provide the features you request: reading, organizing and reminding you about your health documents. We do not use consumer health data for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that process data on our behalf and only to provide the service: OpenAI (artificial intelligence analysis of document images), Base44 (hosting and storage) and our email provider. Payment processors (Stripe, Hotmart) receive payment information, not your health documents. We do not sell consumer health data.
Your consent
We collect and process your consumer health data only after you give your consent in the app. You can withdraw your consent at any time in your Profile.
Your rights
You can confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; access it, including a list of the third parties and affiliates we share it with; withdraw consent; and request deletion. To exercise these rights, use the options in your Profile or email suporte.oficialmcm@gmail.com. We will respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can appeal by emailing suporte.oficialmcm@gmail.com with the subject "Appeal".
Security
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to your account.
Changes
We will notify you in the app before material changes take effect.
