1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CIDA AI, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

CIDA AI provides digital tools to:

• Scan and organize medical documents
• Manage appointment, test, prescription, and medication reminders
• Export and share information selected by the user
• Organize personal and family health information
• Access educational content and features included in the selected plan

3. Nature and limitations

CIDA AI is a personal organization tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or provide clinical advice and is not a substitute for healthcare professionals. Automated features may make mistakes; always verify information.

4. Registration and account

• You must be at least 18 or represented by a legal guardian
• You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account
• You may not access or use another person’s account without authorization

5. Plans, payments, and renewal

• The free plan is subject to the limits shown in the app
• New purchases may be processed by Hotmart; earlier subscriptions may continue to be administered by Stripe
• Price, currency, billing cycle, payment methods, and terms are shown before purchase confirmation
• Recurring plans renew until canceled under the checkout terms
• Cancellations and refunds follow applicable law and the processor’s displayed terms
• Plan access may be suspended after cancellation, chargeback, fraud, or payment failure

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Submit false, altered, illegal, or unauthorized content
• Attempt to access another person’s data, account, or restricted areas
• Interfere with service security, availability, or operation
• Reverse engineer, perform abusive automated extraction, or exploit vulnerabilities
• Use the service to violate rights, laws, or regulations

7. Health information and emergencies

Do not use the app as an emergency service. In an emergency, immediately contact local emergency services. You must have permission to store or share any document you submit.

8. Intellectual property

The CIDA AI brand, software, design, and original content are protected by intellectual property rights. Your documents and data remain yours; you only grant the permissions needed to provide the service.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CIDA AI is not liable for medical decisions, unverified automated extraction errors, outages beyond its control, or use contrary to these terms.

11. Suspension and termination

You may request account deletion under Profile → Data deletion. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms, subject to applicable legal rights.

12. Governing law and contact
